Mrs. Cake, taking a break

This is pretty much the only really decent shot I have of this costume.

I wore this all the way back in March.

I ended up wearing this to at least a couple cons and to a Little Tokyo MLP meetup(where this picture was taken)

It may not look it, but a lot of work went into this.

The original wig was a straight white wig that was heavily style and tri-color dyed by hand.

I found a simple white blouse, and dyed it along with some white fabric to have my blouse and skirt match. The shoes were painted using a paint to match up to my skirt and shirt. I also changed the shoelaces to these really cute pink gingham ribbons.

The apron was hand made from scratch, with two different color yellow fabrics, and a cute pink trim along the collar/strap. The cupcake on the top is a patch that was sewn onto a pink detail piece that was then sewn on the apron.

I painted some round wooden beads for the bracelet in pink and blue. I also painted the earrings to match up with the bracelet.

I stenciled in and painted the cuteymark on the pocket. Also I had my nails panted blue to match up, but you can't see it very well in the picture.

As of now, the wig needs to be restyled, and hopefully I'll wear it to another convention soon. Maybe get some actual decent photos.
